CARE INSTRUCTIONS

If your sculpture, plushie, or earrings are damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order as per my Refunds & Returns Policy.

My sculptures are not toys and should be treated as collectible, decorative art.

Please handle your dragon with care, and follow the below recommendations to ensure your dragon has a long and healthy life.

Do not try to bend or move any parts of your sculpture
Display out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration
Clean using a soft, dry cloth, or a soft-bristle toothbrush
Do not submerge in water as this may damage some surface treatments
Keep out of reach of children as small pieces may pose a choking hazard

If your dragon suffers a minor breakage once in your care, in most instances they can be easily fixed with a small dab of superglue. If you do not feel that you can easily fix a breakage yourself, please don't hesitate to contact me and I am happy to discuss returning your dragon for repairs for a small fee.

Please handle your earrings with care and follow the below recommendations to ensure their longevity.

Remove your earrings before sleeping, showering, exercising, or swimming
Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, hairsprays, and other skincare products
Do not try to bend your earrings
Store out of direct sunlight when not in use to avoid discolouration
Clean by gently wiping with a soft dry cloth

The findings used in all of my earrings are made from 316L and 304 surgical stainless steel which is more resistant to tarnishing than other metals, however may still tarnish over time. Following the above recommendations can help to prevent tarnishing.

WARNING: Plushies containing safety eyes pose a potential choking hazard and are not suitable for children under the age of 4. My plushies are best suited for decorative purposes only.

Most of my plushies contain hand-painted safety eyes. Do not machine wash or submerge your plushie in water as this will damage hand-painted eyes. If your plushie requires cleaning, gently surface wash/spot clean using a damp cloth.

If any part of your plushie becomes squished during shipment, you can gently squish your plushie back into shape.

If handled regularly, over time there is a slight possibility that yarn ends may poke out or some stitches may stretch. If this happens, this can be easily fixed with a regular needle and thread.

If you do not feel that you can easily fix any stitching yourself, please don't hesitate to contact me and I am happy to discuss returning your plushie for repairs for a small fee.
