DEFINITIONS
"I", "me" and "my" refer to Kristy Davidson (the artist)
"You" and "your" refer to the customer of No Weird Areas
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change-of-Mind Returns: Accepted for sculptures & plushies only. All earring sales are final and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process for Sculptures & Plushies: Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order (based on the tracking number for online orders or the date of receipt for in-person purchases). Once approved, dispatch the return within 7 days. You are responsible for all return shipping fees, and a tracking number must be provided.

Custom-Made Items: No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom-made items.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds for Returns: Issued once the item is received in original condition. The original postage amount will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Order Cancellations: To cancel an online order before dispatch, contact me as soon as possible to ensure a full refund can be made. Refunds for earring orders are only available if the order has not been dispatched. If your sculpture or plushie order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: All online parcel orders are insured. If an item is lost in transit, a refund will be issued only after a missing mail search has been conducted and the parcel is deemed lost by the postal service. No refunds are given for parcels delivered to the wrong address or in cases of theft, but I will assist in contacting the postal service. A signature on delivery upgrade is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and packaging (internal and external). This is necessary for a damage claim with the postal service. You may need to take the parcel to your local post office for inspection.

Post-Care Damage: I do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged after delivery, but I am happy to work towards a solution for you.

- The above refund and cancellation policy does not apply to commissions (except in cases of loss or damage). See my Commission Terms of Service for details on custom-made items.

For in-person purchases paid with cash, refunds can be issued via PayPal or Debit/Credit card only. Cash refunds are available only for same-day returns made in person. Direct deposit refunds are not offered.
