PURCHASES
The No Weird Areas shop operates via Wix.com Ltd e-commerce platform, facilitating payments through PayPal and Stripe. In-person transactions are processed through Square for debit and credit card payments, or cash.
Every effort has been made to accurately display images and provide descriptions of all products. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Before making a purchase, please carefully review the full listing details. Ensure that all billing and shipping information is current, complete, and accurate. I cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
I reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel an order for any reason at any time. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via the email provided during the order process.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery available Australia-wide, as well as to New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. Tracking is included on all orders (excluding domestic sticker-only orders). An optional signature on delivery upgrade is available at checkout for an additional fee.
I am committed to minimising environmental impact by using eco-friendly or repurposed packaging materials whenever possible.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders (excluding made-to-order items) are dispatched from Brisbane within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping occurs on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with orders shipped on the next available shipping day after purchase. Delivery times are additional to processing times and vary by destination:

United States & Canada: 3-5 weeks
I am not responsible for customs or import taxes, or for delays due to customs, peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), extreme weather, labor shortages, supply chain issues, or inaccurate shipping information.
INSURANCE & EXPRESS POSTAGE
All standard and signature on delivery parcel orders are insured in case of loss or damage during shipment. Refer to my Refunds & Returns page for more information on lost or damaged orders.
Express postage options are not available at checkout. Contact me to discuss express postage options if required, noting that express shipping does not expedite order processing. Customers are responsible for any express postage fees incurred.
