Crochet is not my main source of income and does not take precedence over personal commitments or health.

I work on commissions as time and health allows, so I cannot provide approximate queue wait times or fast-track orders.

I work exclusively with Cozy Cloud Yarn from Paige's Crochet.

All plushies are made using patterns purchased from pattern designers.

You are responsible for the cost of the pattern if I do not already own a copy. I will not accept copies of paid patterns, as this violates the pattern designer's terms of use.

I may decline your request or if the design is too complicated or outside my skill level.

I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

All payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment will only be requested when I am ready to proceed with your commission. Please do not submit payment before confirmation from me.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin work on your plushie. The remaining balance is due either up-front or upon completion. Your plushie will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Payment methods accepted: Paypal, or credit card.

You are responsible for any duty/import/customs fees incurred during shipping.

I try to document and share parts of the crochet process on my socials where possible. Please let me know if you prefer not to have photos shared.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion after the initial payment (delivery times are additional). Delays due to health, work, or personal commitments may occur; If this happens, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Photos of the finished commission will be provided before shipping.

Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery times may vary by location. Signature on delivery is available upon request or at checkout for an additional fee.

I will only crochet what is included in the chosen pattern. If you would like any modifications to the pattern, please let me know before paying your deposit so I can confirm whether changes are something I am able to do. Modifications may also incur an additional cost dependingon their complexity.

Once work has begun, design choices and details cannot be changed.

A full refund will be issued if your order is cancelled before any work has begun, or if I am unable to start on your commission.

If you choose to cancel after work has begun, a partial refund will be provided. Please note that the cost of any patterns or materials purchased specifically for your commission are non-refundable, and this amount will be deducted from the refund total.

I retain the rights to use photographs of your commissioned plushie on any of my platforms, including my website and social media.

You may share and post photos of your plushie online. Please credit both the artist (me) and the pattern designer, and include a link to my website or social media where possible.

Detailed descriptions are required with reference images preferred; I do not accept "surprise/artist's choice" or ambiguous commission requests.

I will not recreate another artist's work (your own original characters excepted).

I may decline your request or suggest changes if the design is too complicated for my style, or outside of my skill level.

Fanart requests are accepted at my discretion.

Due to the nature of their handmade creation, your finished sculpture may have slight imperfections or flaws such as fingerprints, marks, or dust specks. I clean these to the best of my ability prior to curing.

Please provide a clear and detailed description before work begins. Once any part of the sculpture has been created, no design changes can be accepted.

Designs will be interpreted in my art style. Intricate details from references may not be fully captured or replicated exactly. Please familiarise yourself with my style before commissioning me, as no adjustments to match alternate styles will be made.

No revisions, remakes, or redesigns are offered after completion of your sculpture.

A full refund will be issued if your order is cancelled before any work has begun, or if I am unable to start on your commission.

If you choose to cancel after work has begun, a partial refund will be provided. Partial refunds will be calculated based on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.

I retain the rights to use photographs of your commissioned sculpture on any of my platforms, including my website and social media.

You may share and post photos of your sculpture online. Please credit the artist (me), and include a link to my website or social media where possible.

You may not alter your sculpture in any way (including repainting, resculpting, or removing elements) without my consent.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Accepted for sculptures & plushies only. All earring sales are final and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process for Sculptures & Plushies: Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order (based on the tracking number for online orders or the date of receipt for in-person purchases). Once approved, dispatch the return within 7 days. You are responsible for all return shipping fees, and a tracking number must be provided.

Custom-Made Items: No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom-made items.

Refunds for Returns: Issued once the item is received in its original condition. The original postage amount will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Order Cancellations: To cancel an online order before dispatch, contact me as soon as possible to ensure a full refund can be made. Refunds for earring orders are only available if the order has not been dispatched. If your sculpture or plushie order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: All online parcel orders are insured. If an item is lost in transit, a refund will be issued only after a missing mail search has been conducted and the parcel is deemed lost by the postal service. No refunds are given for parcels delivered to the wrong address or in cases of theft, but I will assist in contacting the postal service. A signature on delivery upgrade is available for an additional fee.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and packaging (internal and external). This is necessary for a damage claim with the postal service. You may need to take the parcel to your local post office for inspection.

Post-Care Damage: I do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged after delivery, but I am happy to work towards a solution for you.

The above refund and cancellation policy does not apply to commissions (except in cases of loss or damage)

For in-person purchases paid with cash, refunds can be issued via PayPal or Debit/Credit card only. Cash refunds are available only for same-day returns made in person. Direct deposit refunds are not offered.
